A watercolor and gouache painting on paper by Ruth K. Brady (American, 1898-1983). A native of Texas, Brady later moved to San Diego where she stayed until the end of her life. During the 1950s, she exhibited and had a studio in the Spanish Village in San Diego where her husband made frames. Brady utilized soft colors and blended outlines to record her impressions of her favorite views such as this architectural landscape. Signed with a monogram to the lower right corner. Presented without a frame or mat.
