Brush McCoy Pottery Majolica Corn Pitcher with Mugs
Item Details
A set of vintage Brush-McCoy majolica corn pitcher and mugs. This set includes a very tall, heavy pitcher with six large matching mugs. Each piece resembles corn on the cob including the husks. All pieces feature handles sprouting out of the husks. The pitcher is unmarked but each mug has the number ‘46’ embossed to the underside. These were produced under both Brush McCoy and Brush Potteries between 1910 and approximately 1925. This line was often unmarked except for a pattern number.
Condition
- for age. Showing wear consistent with age and use and shows a small chip to the bottom of the handle on the pitcher. Heavy glaze drips to ends of handles and undersides.
