Item Details

An aquatint etching on paper by listed German artist Henry Georing (1871-1944). The piece is signed in graphite the lower right. The print depicts Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s infamous piano and chair with a large portrait of the composer as a child hanging above the piano. Below the interior scene is a music bar with a short excerpt from Mozart’s Wiegenlied lullaby and some short script in German. The print is presented under glass, housed in a decorative gold toned frame.

Condition

- a few small brown stains on the matting; small chip on the frame missing in the upper right side.
