An oil painting on canvas floral still life by R. Ruggeri. This piece depicts an array of stylized flowers overflowing a curved green vase set against a deep brown ambiguous background. The painting is faintly signed by the artist to the lower right. Presented without glass, housed in an ornate gesso frame with a gilt finish and red undertones. There are multiple ‘Walter Galleries’ stamps adhered to the stretchers of canvas.
Condition
- minor abrasion and wear to frame; purposely distressed finish to frame revealing red undertones; minor scratches and dents to painting.
