An antique J.A. Demuth beaten biscuit machine. The piece has a wooden top on cast iron base, marked ‘The Demuth Improved, Dough Kneader and Beaten Biscuit Machine, Pat. Mar. 30 ’80, Manfd by J. A. Demuth, St. Joseph MO’. There is a rolling mechanism on top of table with crank.
