Item Details
An oil painting on canvas by listed Austrian artist Mathilde Winker (1881-1968). The painting features a still life of a floral bouquet dominated by pink and red roses in a dark green vase. The vase sits upon a patterned table cloth and has lost some of its flowers as they begin to droop. The piece is signed in the lower right. The piece is presented without glass, housed in an ornate gilt frame.
Condition
- good to fair; several small spots of missing paint; craquelure mostly present in the lower half of the painting; canvas is somewhat loose.
