A pair of vintage1960s ‘Shrinking Violet’ talking dolls by Mattel. The Shrinking Violets have a cloth body, large eyes, and yellow yarn hair. They are wearing their original pink ribbons, black shoes, and purple dresses. They say 11 different phrases and have eyes that move when they are talking (the eyes are not always in sink and sometimes do not move).
Condition
- Both dolls still talked when the string was pulled
- One doll has a lot of water damage on her face
- One doll’s eye has almost been torn out
- General wear throughout from age and use
