A selection of 1879 T. Furnival and Sons Formosa Brown Multicolor tableware made in Cobridge, England. This antique selection is featured in the Formosa Brown Multicolor transferware pattern and includes an oval serving platter, a round serving platter, one dinner plate, one salad plate, one bread and butter plate, two round vegetable bowls, and one lidded butter dish featuring a design of birds and plants with a geometric border. Each piece is marked ‘Formosa T Furnival & Sons’ on the underside. These pieces match the tableware featured in lots 17IND040-158, 17IND040-305, 17IND040-306, and 17IND040-307 of this sale.
