Sylvia Thompson Outland Original Watercolor "Country Patriot"
Item Details
An original 2002 watercolor on paper titled Country Patriot by contemporary Ohio artist Sylvia Thompson Outland (born 1949). The image depicts a red barn with a giant American flag painted on the side of it, situated withing a rural countryside. The painting is signed and dated by Outland to the lower left. It is mounted behind beige mat, protected under acrylic glass in a matte silver tone brushed metal frame, equipped to hang. The verso is marked again by the artist with name and title. Outland is best known for her depictions of historic buildings and landmarks in Warren County, Ohio, where she currently lives and works.
