A cherry Sugar Chest style cabinet by Bob Timberlake for Lexington Furniture. This unique piece features a traditional Sugar Chest form with an upper storage chest with lifting top, dovetail joinery and brass bail pulls. It is situated atop a single lower drawer and decorative skirt while standing on carved bracket feet. An engraved oval plaque is mounted to the inside of the drawer bearing Bob Timberlake’s signature above ‘Lexington Furniture Industries’.
