A 1939 Cincinnati Reds versus New York Yankees baseball ticket. This ticket is from ‘Game 4’ which was played at historic Crosley Field in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ticket is constructed of a thin cardboard with colors of red, green and white. The original owner neatly wrote in ink the date ‘Oct. 8, 1939’ on the side border. With a clean front and back, this historic ticket retains the main two sections. The Reds lost to the New York Yankees in this Fall Classic which included legendary star and Hall Of Fame great Lou Gehrig. The ticket is housed in a protective top loader.
