A series of 1901 Little Journeys To The Homes of Great Musicians booklets by Elbert Hubbard. The brown covers are marked with the composer’s name, ‘Vol. VIII’, the month, issue number, the author’s name, and ‘Single Copies, 25 cents – By the Year, $3.00’. The covers are also marked with a red printer’s mark of ‘R’ in an orb and double cross. The title page is marked ‘Written by Elbert Hubbard and done into a Printed Book by the Roycrofters at their Shop, which is in East Aurora, Erie Co., New York, U.S.A. A.D. 1901’. The series starts in January with Richard Wagner and continues with Paganini, Chopin, Mozart, Bach, Mendelssohn, Liszt, Beethoven, Handel, Schumann, and Brahms. The October issue is missing.

- paper covers either barely attached or not attached at all; lots of wear from age; set may be incomplete, as some covers detached.
