Two Sylvia Thompson Outland Original Watercolors of Fruit
Item Details
Two original 2000 and 2001 watercolor fruit paintings on paper by contemporary Ohio artist Sylvia Thompson Outland (born 1949), titled Everything’s Peachy and Grapes on the Vine. The images depict close-up illustrations of hanging concord grapes and their greenery, and a wire basket full of freshly picked peaches, each piece beautifully rendered in ethereal, clean colors. The drawings are signed and dated to the lower left and 14right corners, mounted behind neutral mats and stored in clear acetate sleeves, unframed. Outland is best known for her depictions of historic buildings and landmarks in Warren County, Ohio, where she currently lives and works.
