A chinoiserie black lacquer painted nightstand. The nightstand has two doors and a shallow accessory drawer underneath. The piece is painted with cockatoos perched on flowering trees. The piece has ornate brass hardware; the drawer pull is formed as a butterfly. The doors open to three drawers with butterfly drawer pulls. Each is lined in red.
