A selection of Bicentennial first day covers with commemorative rounds. The 1974 First Day Cover Bicentennial Commemorative Stamps and Medal set includes four stamps and a round featuring the likeness of John Adams. The cover was canceled on July 4, 1974 in Philadelphia. The second envelope includes an American Revolution Bicentennial round and first day issue stamps. The set includes a bronze Bicentennial medal produced by the US mint between 1974-1976. The medal displays a bust of Thomas Jefferson left with text and date on the obverse, and the signing of the Declaration of Independence at Independence Hall on reverse. The round is held in a first day issue cover with four original thirteen cent stamps.
