1897 E. Ingraham Co. Oak Gingerbread Mantel Clock

Item Details

An 1897 E. Ingraham Co. oak gingerbread mantel clock. The frame of the clock is carved with applied pressed design to the top and medallions to the sides, moulded frame to the door with a linear pattern. The door is glass with hand-painted foliate painted design, paper face with black metal hands and brass accents and pendulum. Repeating pressed medallion pattern the rectangular base. The clock face and clock part that are viewed through the aperture are marked with the maker’s name. The maker’s label to the verso indicates the clock was made for Albert Brothers of Cincinnati with 1897 patent date. Includes one key.

Untested. Item has wear consistent with age and use
