A vintage metal spinning toy. The toy has a matching wood top and bottom in a bell design that stands on or under a metal base. The toy features a spiral-shaped metal center pole with an asymmetrically shaped wing that holds two metal woman figures in sitting positions that are painted in colors of red and blue. There are no makers marks.
Condition
- some rust, paint chipping on base and top.
