An oil painting on canvas by an unknown artist. The untitled work depicts a pastoral scene of a mother hen with two chicks walking on a dirt path next to a green field. The unsigned painting is presented without glass in a wooden frame with decorative gold tone gesso embellishments. The frame includes a hanging wire affixed to the verso.
