An oil painting on canvas. This depicts various persons walking under the warm golden light of the tram and the city, on a winter Paris afternoon, as the Arc de Triomphe rises against the white sky. It is signed what appears to read ‘R. Piccard’ in the lower right corner. This work is presented within a gold tone wooden frame with gesso ornamentation, wired for hanging.

- frame has minor scratches throughout, especially corners; frame is beginning to separate at corners; five “Made in China” stickers adhered to verso; store tag adhered to verso.
