A collection of small oil paintings on canvas. Each Romantic pastoral work depicts a female figure holding a flower basket from behind, walking amongst a blossomed waterside in an idyllic landscape. The two smaller works are signed what appears to read ‘C. Manning’, and the larger work is signed ‘C. Alden’. The works are all presented by within wooden frames with linen lined inner borders, wired for hanging.
