Antique to Vintage Steamer Trunk

Item Details

An antique to vintage steamer trunk. It features a domed lid with a faux alligator skin covering and metal latches, wooden bumper boards and decorative metal buttressing on the corners on the body, and caster wheels underneath. The underside of the lid is covered by orange and blue wall paper with Greek scroll designs and a vignette of a man pushing his children around in a wheelbarrow. A partitioned tray with a hinged upper compartment rests at the mouth of the chest. Lifting it away reveals tan and blue wall paper on the interior.
