Item Details
A set of three bisque porcelain plaques after Danish/Icelandic sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844). Each plaque is circular in shape with low relief sculpturesque design in the center. This includes one unmarked plaque of angel throwing flowers and a cherub on her back based on Dagen (1815), a Royal Copenhagen 1967 replica plaque of Natten (1815) featuring an angel holding a baby, and a B&G of Denmark plaque of Summer or Youth (1836) with a group of three figures in a field.
Condition
Consistent with age. Some surface marks on items.
