A set of intaglio prints from the 19th century. This selection features a city scape depicting a person standing under an arch on a cobblestone street titled Curkein (Alsace); a rural landscape depicting a cottage signed ‘Kvan Elten 1881’; and an image of a cottage with young girls in the foreground with an illegible signature. All three images are presented in wood frames.

Condition

- to fair; minor scratches/abrasions on frames; toning/yellowing of mats and print papers; hanging hardware is broke on blue ink aquatint with black frame (one hook is missing); paper is buckled on blue ink aquatint; print paper buckling mildly on other two prints; horizontal etching has stain/discoloration near upper right corner.
