Giclees After Thomas Rowlandson Etchings

A pair of giclees after etchings by Thomas Rowlandson (English, 1756 – 1827) titled Four O’ Clock in Town and Four O’ Clock in the Country. The prints are marked ’Design’d & Etch’d by T. Rowlandson’ to the lower left corner and ‘Published Oct. 20, 1788 by J. Harris D Street, SoHo’ to the lower right corner. A stamp from Williamsburg Restoration is also present. They are presented under glass, matted, and set in matching gold tone composite frames.
