Stephanie D. Kastner has a Fine Arts degree from the DAAP program at the University of Cincinnati. She currently works as an independent artist and design consultant. Kastner is the mother of a cancer survivor and was ‘inspired by the many women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those receiving treatment, and those who have yet to receive that scary diagnosis’ to create The Clearing.
