A mixed media abstract work by Atlanta artist Hal Schwarze. This features a layered painted surface with natural fissures and tears exposing pulled paper fibres. There is a larger black form at the upper center at the intersection of the larger cracks, against the mottled background of cream, deep russet, and bronze, with blue veins. An incised signature in the lower right reads’Hal Schwarze’. This work is presented unframed, mounted to a stretcher.
