Paul W. Brown Limited Edition Offset Lithograph "Back Roads, U.S.A."

A circa 1980s offset lithograph after a painting by artist Paul W. Brown. The piece, titled Back Roads, U.S.A. depicts a mid-century rural American scene with a general store set against an autumn landscape. The store includes a gas pump to the front, as well as a Coca-Cola advertisement painted to the side of the building. Two figures stand to the front of the store, looking to the distance. The image is signed in plate to the lower right, with an additional graphite signature below. It is titled to the center, hand-numbered 67/100 to the lower left and noted as ‘Artist Proof’. The print is triple matted in beige, coral and blue. It is presented under glass in a beveled wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- item would benefit from cleaning; minor scratching to frame finish; acid burns to mats; small holes to frame’s paper backing.
