Handcrafted and painted in South Africa, the chess set features two tribes from South Africa that are known for their tribal dress – the Zulu and Ndebele tribes. The chess set includes thirty-two intricately crafted pieces. The board is comprised of dark Kiaat and light maple wood with two inlaid traditional beadwork designs from each tribe.
