A 20th century still life oil by Otto Siebert. This floral depiction features a green vase filled with spring blooms of tulips and hyacinth in a palette of pink, yellow, white, green and maroon; signed to the lower right by the artist; housed securely under glass in a gold wood frame, with brass artist name plate to the bottom center.
Condition
- strip of framed board has slipped has slipped out and is visible under the glass; minor markings through out.
