1995 Art Institute of Chicago Claude Monet Exhibit Poster

An offset lithograph poster. This piece is an advertisement poster for the Art Institute of Chicago’s exhibit on renowned French impressionistic artist Claude Monet with one of the artist’s pieces featured prominently in the center of the poster. The exhibit was held from July 22nd and November 26th, 1995. The poster is held in a gold tone metal frame with a layered off-white and gold tone matting and a pair of horizontal and vertical wire hangers on the back.

- minor scratches and abrasions to the frame; gray tone residue and marks caught between the matting and glass near the bottom left corner; area of discoloration near the bottom left corner of the poster.
