Item Details

A pair of offset lithographs. This set includes Lord Seaham as a Boy after Sir Thomas Lawrence (British, 1796 – 1830) and Little Princess by Hans Richard von Volkmann (German, 1860 – 1927). These works both depict young children in white and red seated on the ground with landscape scenes in dark hues in the background. Little Princess is signed by the artist in the plate to the lower right. The prints are both presented in carved wooden frames with scroll and floral ornamentation, white finishes, and gold tone details. There are sawtooth brackets to the versos.
