Ann Entis Terracotta Children in Tree Sculpture

A terracotta sculpture by Ann Entis (1927-2007). This piece depicts three children climbing a large tree trunk. It is signed by the artist to the back and is mounted on a wood base. Ann Entis was a sculptor and educator who received her formal training from the Art Students League in NYC and later worked for many years from her studio in Marysville, Ohio.

Condition

- some dust; several repairs made throughout.
