Amado Maurilio Pena Offset Lithograph After "San Ildefonso"

Item Details

An offset lithograph after listed artist Amado Maurilio Pena’s San Ildefonso. This painting depicts a stylized woman adorned in a dress and hood accented with native patterning holding a black vase in front of adobe brick houses, which are rendered with gradients of auburn. The print is presented underneath glass in a layered mat which extends the composition in a stylized fashion and can be attributed to Christine, who signed the mat along with a date (1988) to the lower right corner of the composition. It is placed in a metal frame with hanging wire to the verso. For more information on the artist, visit the link below.
