An offset lithography after L. Restrepo titled The Capital, Williamsburg, Va. It depicts a pre-Katrina section of the French Quarter in New Orleans. ‘L. Restrepo/82’ is signed in plate, and the print is numbered 53/950. The piece is set behind glass in a gold tone wooden frame. Hangs from a wire on the reverse.
