Item Details
A varnished oil painting on canvas titled Durango Mexico Alpa Pass by artist Myke Morton, dated 1961. This piece depicts the silhouette of a man dressed in white with yellow hat walking contiguous to his donkey through a dirt pathway; situated among green foliage and cacti with distant elevated lands under blue skies in the background. Signed and dated by the artist to the lower right corner. Presented without glass, in a wood frame with a golden tone finish. There is a handwritten inscription with artist’s name, date, and title present to the lower stretcher on canvas.
