Victorian Eastlake Walnut Triple Bookcase Cabinet

A Victorian Eastlake walnut triple bookcase cabinet with burl walnut veneer detailing. This handsome and impressive piece is designed with three glass-doored bookcases, the center one taller and topped with a straight cornice detailed with seven pierced medallions and to the sides, tiered rondels with vertical linear trim and barley twist pilasters. The base of the center bookcase features a five drawer cabinet accented with brass drop pulls and horizontal trim between each of the drawers. The side bookcases have mirrored panels to the top, barley twists rails and three adjustable wooden shelves. The cabinet has wooden casters. This wonderful piece was purchased at Wooden Nickel Antiques in Cincinnati.
