Item Details
A fine offset reproduction of Vov Pezziol Padova after Leonetto Cappiello. The print depicts a bright and vivid it depicts a harlequin in black, with a scoundrel’s mask. The harlequin holds forth two bottles of ‘VOV’ and stands upon a combined mound of eggs and grapes for the product’s producer, Pezziol of Padova. VOV is an Italian liquor that is essentially a mixture of marsala wine and egg. This generous sized piece is signed to plate and dated in plate 1922. Presented behind glass in handsome composite wood frame.
