Collection of Hand Colored Engravings on Paper of Animals
Item Details
A collection of thirteen hand colored engravings on paper. Included in this collection are two prints after Volkart, four prints after T. C. Bock, and seven prints after I. Nufsbiegel. To the bottom of each print the scientific name of the animal depicted is printed. Each print is presented unmounted and without a frame.
Condition
- to fair; some wear and staining to the edges of the prints; some foxing to the surface of the prints; graphite marks to the bottom of the prints; to the verso, some discoloration and marks.
