Antique Wooden Carpenter's Chest
Item Details
An antique wooden carpenter’s tool chest. The chest featured dovetailed construction for the sides, added reinforcement around the base and top, and a highly figured board on the top. The hinged lid swings open to reveal two sliding shelves that have been lined with felt. There are also brackets to hold a saw under the lid. Each end has a folding metal handle for easy carrying.
Condition
consistent with age and use.
