An original Tuska (1931-1998) mixed media sculpture. The piece depicts two figures seated facing perpendicular directions. The piece was created using wood forms and then put together with wrapped string. The piece was then painted and signed by the artist. An internationally acclaimed artist, Tuska is known for his painterly depictions of nudes via sculptures, paintings, and reliefs and are highly sought after. His work expresses the influence of the late Impressionist movement of French artist Rodin.
