A large Alphonse Mucha (1860 – 1939) lithograph poster titled Monaco – Monte Carlo. This railway poster depicts a young woman kneeling at center with her hands at her face with gaze up in awe, her draped body surrounded by lilacs, violets, hydrangea, and dianthus flowers. In the distant background are the towers of Monte Carlo’s famous casino. Printed by F. Champenois, Paris, signed and dated in plate. The work is presented under a linen mat and framed under glass with hanging wire to back.

Condition
- Stain to linen liner, minor age wear to paper, vertical and horizontal creases to the center of the paper. Frame was opened and revealed the work is lined with linen, the framing wrap has been removed and the backing will need to be re-nailed in place.
