A Will Hession original oil on canvas. The scene depicts two men working in the foreground. There are apartments above storefronts on either side of the street with a building in the background which dawns a sign, The Green Dragon, on the third floor. The painting is framed in gilded wood with hanging wire on the back. The artist signature is to the lower left with the year, 1977.

- slight tearing to paper backing.
