A signed offset lithograph after a watercolor painting by Virginia Fouche Bolton (American, 1929-2004). The print depicts a Southern style house with caretaker and little girl on the sidewalk out front. The work is signed in the plate and in pencil to the lower left and numbered 736/2000. The print is professionally presented under glass with double mats in a gold tone wood frame. Papered and ready to hang. Virginia Fouche Bolton was a listed artist from Charleston, South Carolina.
