Mobassi Oil Paintings
Item Details
A pair of Mobassi signed oil paintings. Against a dark background of black, purple and blue, these paintings depict women, and the children they carry, preforming daily tasks. The African women have exotic, textured dresses and empty faces as they stand in the rain in one painting and gather water in the second. The paintings are encased in gold tone, wooden frames, signed to the lower right and left. To the reverse is a sticker of authenticity.
