A vintage hand-painted Mexican folk art shadowbox shrine featuring a hand-carved figurine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The Mother Mary figurine is carved from balsa wood, painted in vivid hues of pink and green with a dark blue robe decorate with golden stars. She is surrounded by a carved burst of gold and is lifted by the Christ child on what appears to be a yellow sun. The statue is placed upon a painted wooden pink and gold plinth within a green and gilt decorated display. It features three-dimensional plaster applique floral details.
