A signed artist’s proof titled Homestead by Gerald H. Lubeck (1942). The artwork depicts an old white farmhouse in front of an open field, and a single tall pine tree towering beside the house. The titled is written in pencil at the left corner below the print followed by ‘AP 61/70’ in the center, and the artist’s signature to the right side. The artwork is presented with a white mat in a thin medium tone wood frame.

Gerald H. Lubeck is a realist painter based in Vermont. He has won over fifty ‘First Place’ and ‘Best In Show’ awards and holds a one man exhibition each February.
