Item Details

An antique mantel clock manufactured by the William L. Gilbert Clock Co. of Winsted, Conn. This clock is the ‘Hawk’ model as indicated on the original paper label affixed to the verso. It features a carved oak case with Eastlake style linear and geometric detailing and is finished in a dark stain. It has a white dial with roman numeral markers, two winding arbors and a gold reverse painted glass-front door The pendulum is currently detached and the original key is included.
