Beautiful highly textured acrylic on canvas by known Ukrainian artist Oleg Lazarenko (b. 1961) depicting a colorful scene of a Ukrainian style building with blue turrets peeking through a forested winter foreground. Signed in the lower left 1993 and housed in a off white/gray frame with acanthus leaf carving. This painting was originally purchased from the Jamar Gallery of Cincinnati Ohio from their show titled ‘Nostalgia’. Lot includes pamphlet from the art show with a write up on the artist.
