20th Century Chinese Incense Burner

Item Details

A 20th-century Chinese bronze censer made in the style of Ming dynasty, Xuande era bronzes. This censer presents a painted patina with visible brush lines on the underside. The legs present very stable features with signs of possible filing. Marked ‘Made in the Ming dynasty’ (大明年製 Da MIng nian zhi) to the underside.

Condition

- corrosion to the interior; minor wear to the exterior.
