Original Henry Raleigh Lithograph Poster "Hun or Home?"
Item Details
An original lithographic war poster titled Hun or Home? by Henry Patrick Raleigh (American 1880-1945). This print depicts a German soldier with bloody hands, identifiable by his spiked helmet, looming up toward a young girl clutching a baby. Raleigh was a masterful sketch artist and illustrator for the Saturday Evening Post for over 30 years. The poster is signed in plate in the lower left corner and is presented under glass in a distressed brown wood frame, wired to the verso for hanging.

- some water damage on paper and frame.
